Yet another spiritual package you can get for a price. Probably works just as well as acupuncture and the other pseudo scientific techniques claiming to free you from limits and bring you love and wealth. The real secret is in how you USE LANGUAGE! (Just my two cents)

A very interesting and promising self-help technique. VERY wide ranging and worth exploring.

I found the online video interesting, so I ordered the free PDF manual, learned it (easy to do) and tried it. I got immediate results. Try it! What have you got to lose?

The "energy meridians" explanation behind this technique is bunk. There is no evidence to support it. This is classic pseudoscience. The actual technique may work, but only due to a combination of placebo and whatever resemblance the technique has to actual therapy techniques in psychology. No energy meridians needed! For more detail, see the skeptic's dictionary entry or the wikipedia entry on EFT. This criticism is about more than nitpicking. It is about intellectual honesty, Reason, and good ol' common sense. I felt like clawing my own eyeballs out of my sockets after reading some of the stupid statements and claims in the EFT manual. :)

From the page: "Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name and it often works where nothing else will."

It sure works. I dismissed it the first time I saw it and it was 2 years before I gave it a go. Here's my story............. http://www.emofree.com/Trauma/ptsd-self-help.htm It is very difficult to work on yourself. Find an experienced practitioner first who will teach you what to do. Then you can use it for the rest of your life. I am now an advanced practitioner and love being able to help someone change their life for the best. I have done more positive things with EFT for people than I ever did during the 14 years I worked as a Paramedic. www.eftme.com Happy tapping. Bob
