i find it difficult to even keep a tylenol regiment when nursing a migraine - i avoid my dr. prescriptions if i can. i can't imagine having a laundry list of meds to take (one to relieve your first ailment, and another to counteract its side effect... and so on.) GO CALIFORNIA!

"I decided I needed to replace pills altogether and turn to a regimen that relied on what was, to me, the only proven drug. I headed down to the five-block stretch of marijuana advocacy groups known as "Oaksterdam." There, I explained to an understanding doctor, wearing Lennon glasses and cargo shorts, that marijuana eased the symptoms of what studies showed and I knew to be a genetic disorder. (My two younger brothers have been diagnosed as bipolar, and my grandmother suffered from anxiety and depression.)"

So tired of hearing the same "Pot is the miracle drug" rhetoric over and over again. I get it. You think it's great. Stop shoving it down my throat. Whatever you feel like doing (and how you rationalize it) is your own business.

I definitely think pot has helped me deal with my Bipolar disorder as well with my anxiety issues. I really think they should legalize it and offer it in psychiatric medicines or something. It really does work and I prefer it over lousy pills.
