    I think this guy is a nutjob, right in there with Mrs. View who is convinced that living gluten-free fixes everything. No. It. Doesn't, Eating overly processed foods, maybe... gluten no. Think about all of the GRAINS (aka needed for health) you miss out on, there are only so many left after you take out gluten-related. Please. Be smart, eat like a normal human being, unless like me you have Celiac Disease. disclaimer : I haven't discussed the effects on IBD pertaining to gluten so don't go there.

Associated it with other things in my life, but I'm sure it was connected with celiac, something the doctor corroborated.
