This is interesting but I don't really have any reason to keep my blogs private. Like Benjette I am also self employed. The Ping-o-Matic sounds pretty cool.

The best way to blog and still preserve some privacy is to do it anonymously. But being anonymous isn't as easy as you might think.

Interesting commentary from the EFF. Obviously blogging about work related matters is a trickier thing, since a number of things are considered confidential in the work place. But I don't think an employer should be placing any restrictions on non-work-related blogging. If someone working as a photographer at a magazine writes a blog about ice-cream recipes, I don't see any conflicts of interest :-)
