- Earth Day is definitely the best time to visit the Cleveland Zoo. You are surrounded by great concerts all day under fabulous pavilion, feats everywhere, educational exhibits about our world, and beautiful animals to gaze at. What more could you ask for in a perfect day, except for the animals to be able to run free, but that perfect world wouldn't include me!!! It's cool though, tucked away in a little valley, I live three miles from the zoo and my friends and I have walked down there for the last five years, it's always a wonderful day.
