Worry means you give away your power. Worrying is completely unproductive. Worry distorts reality. Worrying is bad for your health. Worry is not natural. Realize that you are in control. Recognize that worry is a habit. Keep things in perspective. Face your fears. Stop trying to be in control of everything. Stop taking yourself so seriously.

Thanks "Hkalchemy." Seems like the West is learning original Buddhist ways. Better late than never I suppose. Maybe there's hope for them after all.

Completely true. Their is actually a volume knob that turns down that false voice of negativity that resides in our minds. With a little practice, anyone can turn this knob all the way down. This is a really great article and people need to see this stuff.
