InjuriousFeline rated 10 months ago- Two of my favorite musicians.

DangerousMission rated 10 months ago- ....Because everyone in bands like this... look like their on the verge of tears. And... that's not music to me. That's just weird and depressing.

Lolita4 rated 12 months ago- The Dresden Dolls...one of my favorite bands ever. Amanda Palmer is bloody effing brilliant.

ShadowCat13 rated 14 months ago- The Dresden Dolls pack poetic passion, angst, and blithe insanity into every song.
excerpt from 'Good Day' by the Dresden Dolls
"i picked up the pieces of my broken ego
i have finally made my peace as far as you and me go
but i'd love to have you up to see the place
i'd like to do more than survive
i'd like to rub it in your face.....
god its been a lovely day! everything's been going my way
i took up croquet today and i'm on fire"- The Dresden Dolls pack poetic passion, angst, and blithe insanity into every song.

TheChangeling rated 18 months ago- WOW! Even an old fart like me can enjoy this. Coin-operated Boy and Backstabber are personal favorites

Punk Cabaret Is Freedom...

FLasHPOinT82 rated 24 months ago- Amanda almost got a tear out of me during her serenade.

Mystakaphoros rated 26 months ago- Hooray! Now America really IS copying everything from 1930s Germany! No, seriously, I really like this band a lot. Some of the most inventive music I've heard in a long time... or at least since the last time I dropped acid and watched Cabaret on one TV, Nightmare before Christmas on another, and laid around on the floor for hours.
