Good article. To be able to control your own consciousness while dreaming will be incredible. One of the techniques to lucid dreaming is to keep a dream journal. Whenever you've a dream, write it down as vividly as possible when you're awake. Once you've written it down often, the next time you dream, it can be much lucid. There are probably many similarities between you and I! Do drop by my page at www.diaslu.com so that we can learn together!

Talk about stumbling!!! As it turns out, this morning I was having the most delightful sex dream and so repeatedly snoozed my alarm so it could continue where it had left off. I'd say that was lucid dreaming.

I've been able to do this for years, it's easy for me, and can be a lot of fun too!

Didn't have a name for some of my dreams before. Now I do. These are those dreams, where I suddenly realize that I am dreaming, but the dream keeps going on, instead of me waking up. In fact, I think I might be dreaming all of this right now.
