This is a great website. Using their guides, I was able to have a couple of fantastic dreams, one of which made me say "wow" out loud as I woke up. ALWAYS TEST LIGHT SWITCHES!

Since I remember I can dream lucidly if I chose too, but the site is useful for people who don't know how to do it. Its not creepy at all, even if McStumblin thinks so. Most dreams don't make sense, and knowing your dreaming can orient them, or you can just change the subject of the dream to what you prefer, so its useful.
