    Flash intros are alright for certain things. Fuck sake, this isn't 1996 so just making boring ass standard html pages to highlight your multimedia (especially if you're a flash developer) is stupid. And flash is used for a lot more than games and youtube.

    No one watches flash intro's they just hit the skip/close button because we all want to get the content we asked for quickly. Unless you're one of the assholes who has an intro with no obvious way to exit. All in all it's an aggravating waste of time of time and it beats me why they bother to pay for the things. The worst I've see is a black screen with a wire frame cube spinning endless and nothing else, no company name, logo or meaningful text.

    Flash is not good for anything other than sites like YouTube and for games. It is not attractive and does not make you cool. Coding an entire website under 30kb including images does.
