- Dr. HB writes a pretty entertaining article about the RE "flipper" shows. How 'bout this cliche, Dr.:"You can't win if you don't play". Oh that's right, that one's for the lottery, not REI.

- I think popular shows like "The Proprty Ladder" on TLC helped fuel a huge surge of unsophisticated speculators into the housing market trying to flip a house and earn a quick buck. They should come out with a new show titled "I'm in debt up to my eyeballs, save me from foreclosure"
