MorgansMom rated 4 months ago- This article really makes you think twice about EVERYTHING you eat. Our lives and health are precious. Too bad all these food companies don't agree.
misplacedmarbles rated 6 months ago- you know , when my children came to be ...I seriously looked at all the food available to eat, I have always had an interest but this became ( don't want to put down obsession ) very important to me ....now , I don't eat anything I cannot pronounce lol... tbh I feel better for it and my kids have never eaten chemically produced food . I even started growing some of my own veg ...I mean, me !! ... growing veg ... if you knew me you'd understand .
very hard work at first but then after a while it becomes second nature .
try a book called ' E For Additives ' a bible for what crap these companies put in OUR food , the question begs to be asked ...why do they do it ??
DannyAndNina rated 6 months ago- The other day I was snacking on some bright orange "nacho" flavored tortilla chips when I decided to do something very stupid. I flipped the bag over and read the ingredient list. Given the color, I wasn't expecting to find nature, distilled, but the double-digit list of ingredients, many of which I hadn't seen since working in a lab, was still disconcerting.
