DISTURBING AUCTIONS I would love to find a garage full of stuff like this. ...Scratch that.maybe not.You can bet if it holds stuff like this, it's gotta have something like that jar with a head in it from The Silence of the lambs stashed somewhere, also would probably be owned by a guy who has a vast collection of machetes and that thinks you look real purty. I want this.I can't really explain why I want it.I just ...do. And now for something completely similar... Last but not least ,for that hard to shop for person... ...You can bet they don't have one of those. well, maybe they do. I have no idea what kind of friends you have.

Well, I give 'em credit for compiling this information; really this may just be a real-time historical documentation of the bizarre things people try to auction off in today's culture. Remember that grilled cheese sandwich with the supposed image of Jesus that was sold on Ebay for jigunda dollars? That's the sort of thing that you'll discover here.

Sometimes, one man's trash really is... trash. Not links to fake auctions but, rather, truly tacky or just plain weird stuff that people want to get rid of... and other people are odd enough to buy. I'd first bookmarked this site on 21-MAR-2001.

Disturbing indeed...! :) Item #22 - Coin Toilet Seat From the page: "A transparent toilet seat, with a selection of rare coins embedded in it. The seller suggested that this item could alternatively be used as an "oval picture frame". Yes, whichever family member you frame with a toilet seat will no doubt feel loved."

You know how the end of a good book can leave you longing for the characters you've grown to know and love? When I reached the end of this site and realized that it is no longer being updated... a piece of my spirit died. OK, it didn't die, but it felt light-headed for a bit. It's all in the commentary; a unique point of view that turns the ridiculous into the hillarious.

A lot of people have discovered that they can make a little extra money by auctioning off on the internet those extra knick-knacks they have lying around. After all, as the saying goes, one person's trash is another's treasure. But sometimes, trash is just trash....

This site makes me realize that I have much more I can sell on eBay than I thought. I guess I figured nobody would be interested in my Phyllis Diller beach towel or my hotdog smoothie maker.
