    Why did they let this creep out of prison to begin with? Triple time losers belong in jail, for life. Seriously, there shouldn't be any doubt about someones ability to "reform" after they have been to prison three seperate times. Who in the world could believe that someone was released from prison, returned, was released, and then returned again and now he is a reformed man interested in obeying the law? People deserve second chances sometimes, but third chances for violent crimes? Come on.
