LeapOfFaaaith discovered 32 months ago- This is poised to succeed where Wikipedia has flopped. Managed by Stewards, It promises a higher standards for information and readability. It will go online in 2006. Its founder lends some creadability, as he is also a founder of Wikipedia.

- The Digital Universe Project is similar to the Open Directory Project and Wikipedia in that it's indexing premiere web information into portals for the Internet. In addition, to be more authoritative, Digital Universe is using experts in their field to review the selections. It's in development now, but if it succeeds, it may become an excellent repository and indexing resource for information and the best websites on the Internet.

- The Digital Universe is a network of interlinked web portals intended to become the largest reliable public information resource in history. The Digital Universe reveals the "UniNav" visual directory navigation system and a unique method for organizing the best of the Web, through "Activities" such as Explore, and soon, Communicate, Watch, Blog, and Play. The project is an attempt to present a diverse collection of information on just about any topic imaginable. Some will be links to other Web resources, while some will be citizen journalism. But the highest-profile part of the project is likely to be its encyclopedia. And while its entries will be written by the general public, the project is distinguishing itself from Wikipedia by having many entries vetted and certified as accurate by subject-area experts.
