Really. . .the next time when I have a busy day and can't afford to set aside the normal 15-45 minutes of waiting, transfering, disconnecting, etc., I'll try one these numbers. Thanks. Just hope the number for mac support is listed.

Hey, no more automated phone answering at some places...You will have check out which ones and if any you need are listed...It gets update so you never know, one you need may show in the list.

Helpful when you prefer to speak to an actual human when you have an issue arise. But do keep in mind, not all employees of a given company may speak your language as fluently as you do. It's kind of hit and miss.
