a great chart that shows what does what when it comes to mostly fruits and veggies. I am a little baffled as to the stumbles griping about a "lack of sources" and that this is somehow "alternative nutrition"......... Anyone that understands nutrition should be able to understand this chart very well. Bananas help block diarrhea for example. Why? Because of the potassium. Why do blueberries help against cancer? Antioxidants. Peppers? Capsaicin. This is very easy stuff to grasp.

Amazing page - an apple a day can keep the doctor away but so can lots of fruit and veg. Yummy!

A 5 second peek reveals that "Fruits and vegetables chart" has Fish, Honey, Yogurt, Mushrooms (fungi are not of the plant kingdom) and Water in it. I am saddened by the fact that there isn't anything that "combats" stupidity.

It's hard to take it seriously when they claim things like 'apricots combat cancer,' and then don't provide any evidence to back up those claims.

Why is it that all the alternative health stuff has no citations or references. Oh, oh wait. I know that answer.
