Thank you. No need to get mad people. He's just giving out some of his tips for user friendliness. You don't have to follow all of his advice.

1 tip for an user friently website: do not use light gray font on light gray background Also, this thing contradicts itself (use fonts larger than 12 px, don't use px for font size) and it doesn't follow its own tips: "line length 45 - 60 characters": in my browser window and resolution, the first line on the page has 107 characters "dark grey font color": The page uses a hard to read light grey "underline links": Most of the links are not underlined "different color for followed links": nope "printer friendly with print stiles": they have a print style, but it's not printer friendly at all. The navigational links stack on top, the bullet points disappear etc. "Don't disguise or over-style inputs": their comment input form looks like a part of the background "Don't redesign standard UI elements": they used a custom button for the comments field instead of the standard one "Give links to related content": They just have the usual wordpress tags, which not really fullfills that point "Keep forms short, only ask for what you absolutely need": Their comment field asks for the email (mandatory) and the homepage, both things that you don't absolutely need. "Create friendly 404 pages which help people find content": they just provide a simple error message and their standard menu pretty much fails if they do not listen to many of their own tips

From the page: "Use breadcrumb navigation for hierarchical content... Give links to other content on your site related to their current page...." Yes, yes, yes, yes, Y-E-S.
