This would be great for diabetics and other people who have to eat the alloted serving amount at their meals.

nice idea, but I think the flavors would cross over. Plus, you would need to be sure to always put the item that takes longest to cook in the main pan so you don't interrupt the others to strain em.

Brilliant on many levels: not only does it save energy, but it also means that you don't need to keep an eye on 2-3 different cooking pots at the same time.

Eco friendly vegetable cooking... Yeah, I think we have some other problems to deal with first. It's a neat idea on general principles. Less clean up, faster, probably some interesting (or not) migrating tastes. But in the future, I plan on using four pots to cook my food on my solar powered stove. Take that!
