purest1ove rated 8 months ago- electric, or not? ...that is the question...

SplashLeChat rated 8 months ago- From the page: "Scientists at the Technical University of Denmark have created a refrigerator that cools using magnets instead of electricity "

raindrop rated 9 months ago- cool

Eagle0600 rated 9 months ago- It doesn't state that it is 100% efficient. It states that it's 60% MORE efficient than current ones, which is probably true. So don't diss the article for misleading. On another note, heat is a form of energy, and to remove instead of just moving it would CREATE electricity, but would be FAR more complex, and is outside the scope of today's technology.

youngdaigoro rated 9 months ago- Totally worth it if it's quiet :o)

JamieBarrows rated 10 months ago- Very nice idea, but still needs electricity. Though this would remove the need for toxic chemicals. Replacing toxic chemicals with non-toxic solutions is always a plus.

EddieStarr rated 10 months ago- Someday hopefuly maybe TV won't need much more than the same technology?

- This is when I nod my head and pretend to understand thermodynamics.

colinmac rated 10 months ago- Interesting, but electricity is still required.
