You can use that as a starting point for generating the final color scheme from some other web development tools such as http://wellstyled.com/tools/colorscheme2/index-en.html

- Not very scientific but maybe useful From the page: "Enter the URL of an image to get a color palette that matches the image. This is useful for coming up with a website color palette that matches a key image a client wants to work with." I can only recommend to use other color palette generators even if the idea to use the colors from a picture looks awesome. But there are existing scientific color models available which will produce much more stable color models. Check out: Color + webdesign bookmarks (RSS link because of d.i.u performance)
