Common sense... If you consume more calories than you use for energy then they get stored as fat- you won't store if you don't exceed. Makes perfect sense. Lots of people are commenting that the rate of loss that the writer experienced is unhealthy. Why do you say that? What is a healthy rate? If you assert that there is an unsafe rate of weight loss do you have any scientific references to support that assertion, or is that just your gut instinct (so to speak)?
