- Now THIS is what I'm talking about, for news searching. DayPop is similar to many subsequent blog engines and the like, but this has more of the spirit of the old NewsBot - not only culling current topics from countless thousands of newspages and online papers, but also blogs and anything else that goes on about the daily hardscrabble. Nicely refined over the past few years, it now crawls wishlists and lets you see what stories are hot in countless different ways. Fun and functional. :)
