- i vote all athiests come together and start asking personal questions about life to these intelligent life forms that live in the heavens. what is the meaning of life you can ask them? then put together a book of revelations of all the questions they've answered and pass it down generation to generation. originality is the key to success you know... lol

a person promoting human welfare and social reform
This is a good description of what a Christian is. If a person is not promoting human welfare then there practice of Christianity is in question. Atheist like the word humanitarian or humanism because it can express a desire for good. What great causes of social reform has the Atheist accomplished. Where is the great force of good that atheism embraces and has proof of success. Atheist can talk long and hard on the harmfulness of religion yet they who like proof so much can not prove there promoting human welfare. There is no proof that they can out sacrifice and out heal or even provide peace to the hearts of millions that the savoir Jesus Christ has already done. And that can be proven in the good selfless deeds of thousands of people that change once accepting Jesus into there lives.
Perhaps atheist need to start food banks shelters and charities to out perform in the good deeds department. Then talk of how there is no God. - One entry found for humanitarian.

- This is as naive as when Dubya claims that people who disagree with his policies just haven't had it explained to them well enough. People are different. People's brains are different. No amount of rationalization is going to convince folks who aren't rational to be rational. Mark Twain said it best - Never try to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and it annoys the pig.
