I assume the author here thinks these actions are bad and evil, and they certainly are. But how do we know they're evil? Because God exists and provides us with a standard. Christ told His followers to love their neighbors and to be kind to their enemies. Even non-Christians know that it is wrong to murder, for the Law is written on the hearts of everyone (Romans 2:14-15). On the other hand, how can an atheist say that these things are "evil," or even "bad"? Death and suffering are a part of nature. Creatures kill other creatures. Those that survive are those that are able to not become the victim, no matter what the method. Those who become the victim, too bad. They simply weren't fit. To call something "evil," an atheist must borrow from a theistic worldview. Furthermore, in practice the atheist is slave to the same thing that is the root of every instance of evil on this webpage. He sets man's own opinion of what is best above the true God's teaching of what is best. In essence, he sets himself up as god. Every act he does, whether it be judging people or ideas for their shortcomings or committing an act of murderous vengeance, could be considered religiously motivated, for his every action is based upon his own divinity.

Great post! And for all the brain dead dummies that gave this post a thumbs down, after you re-read the article, you will realize it talks about religious crimes, and not regular crimes. Yes some atheists are criminals too, but at least their crimes are not based on trying to impose their beliefs on you. Now be a good christian/muslim, or whatever imaginary bullsh*t you believe in, turn your brain back off and go back to masturbating to your stupid holy book.
