    What a great and timeless tool... as a recruiter I plan on giving this to my candidates as a refresher on basic questions that they need to be able to answer, in addition to the more specific skill-set related questions

    Great resource! A few of the answers are a tad off (you don't want to sound like a cookie-cutter candidate), but the idea of planning ahead for this kind of thing is great.

    If you have a job interview on the horizon, this is a fantastic tool for study. There are some very challenging questions addressed. In particular, "What can you do for us that someone else can't?" Read the questions and answers, and internalize.
