- Ahhh, the good old days, when stewardesses were actually hot. What changed? The occupation got overrun by militants who didn't like that hot, dumb women were better suited to certain occupations, like bringing me a coffee and a blanket. I actually wanted just a picture of Pat Ast above but I can't find any of her without Wendy O. Williams at age 85 or whatever she is in that movie. If you have never seen "Reform School Girls", you should. It makes no sense but Wendy basically goes nuts at the end of it and it's nice someone recorded it for posterity.

There was something in the air in the early years of commercial aviation.
Perhaps more excitement, perhaps more glamorous stewardesses... in any case, it's worth savoring once again
