Logical Fallacies and How to Spot Them In the Evolution vs. Creationism debate, it is important to be able to spot all the logical fallacies that Creationists tend to throw around. This essay covers many bare essentials of logical thinking, as well as ways to critically evaluate an argument. The logical fallacies listed here are the ones most often used by Creationists, although Creationists have, to date, used almost every single logical fallacy in existence to "prove" their case. Each fallacy will have its own little paragraph, describing it, why it is fallacious and how to counter it. Enjoy!

Seems aimed mostly towards the creationists vs. evolutionists battle, but the fallacies explained makes a man wiser and think about his reasoning a bit better.

This website yields a potent array of weaponry, interesting to both sides of the C/E debate. It's a bit of a shame though that the author ridicules his opponents because that's usually a sign of a deteriorating dialogue. This website can only be graded positively if we recognize its positive influence on the discussion, not its support for either side.

it bugs me that, after skimming this page, i found a sentence that said something like "X is biased." when this whole page is biased.

Ammunition for the ever-eminent war between stubborn people. I just happen to support this side of it.

No logic. No argument. No reason. No intelligence. Just bigotry and self-righteousness

Read all the thumbs down reviews....this site is not what it claims to be. It is just someone bashing creationism, and believe me we can find that pretty much anywhere... Ditto wrapperNo1, RobinEdgar, redheadedfreak, peetred, and thestrack. As well as any of the other thumb down critics.

Regardless of whether I'm an Evolutionist or a Creationist, I believe that if the person who wrote this has the least common sense he wouldn't use the technique he despised to begin with "Strawman attack"; but he did.
