- BANKSY Strikes again!!! One things for sure, "Someone somewhere is watching you" Banksy pulled off an audacious stunt to produce what is believed to be his biggest work yet in central London. The secretive graffiti artist managed to erect three storeys of scaffolding behind a security fence despite being watched by a CCTV camera. - This one actually gets me thinking. I remember reading an article once about the average a person is recorded on video on any given day. Without the exact metrics, I can safely say that the number would disturb you. Stores, public buildings, banks, apartment buildings, and anything else you can think of. Public places are just that: public. Whether there is someone around or not, there is a good chance that someone can see you or has the capability to see you. Creepy.
