2Infinity discovered 21 months ago- A free software to remotely help or be helped by someone you trust with permission. It can be used by friends and family and for commercial use to support customers or internal employees for IT issues. It needs no technical expertise and is VERY easy to use.

SMSDHubbard rated 6 weeks ago- As an independent tech/IT guy, I LOVE this program. Very easy to use, and I can just walk my clients thru its installation. From there, remote tech work is made EASY. I hope this stays free.

MonkeyPsycho rated 6 weeks ago- Great Great Great software that allows you to connect to other computer remotely.

gocamaro69 rated 8 weeks ago- Excellent program. No viruses, no adware, no spyware. Lightweight, easy to use, and very effective. Since I discovered this program I've used it countless times to save driving out to people's houses, or save myself from giving long, boring, and irritating phone-only instructions like 'click start'...'no, the one on the left'...

d1a2r3k rated 5 months ago- Great software, so easy to use even my grandmother figured it out with easy!

eumaledictio rated 5 months ago- This is one of my all time favorite pieces of software for troubleshooting computers remotely. It works flawlessly for just about everything and it is incredibly easy to use (my 86 year old grandfather can even use it). I just wish I had it a few years ago when I did desktop support on call. The best part about it is that it is no-strings-attached free.

HowToGeek rated 5 months ago- Crossloop is a great solution for controlling a remote desktop, especially for remote assistance. Absolutely recommended!

Fenshaw rated 8 months ago- An excellent free application that lets you remotely connect to any cooperative computer. Both ends have to install the software, and agree to the connection. Makes help-desk duty a much more pleasant experience. It's really free.
