- Don't serve her! She's not ready to give her order and she's holding up the other customers. She had a chance and she decided not to take it. It's fine if she wants to get in line again and actually give her order when she approaches the counter next time. Don't complain about it to craigslist! Complain to the staff! Rile up the people in the line! "Do you want to wait around while she talks on her phone? Do you? Anybody who wants to wait while she talks on her phone, raise your hand! Come on, you get to watch her talk on the phone while you could be getting on your to getting work done and spending time with your families. Hands? No? Nobody? Great. Get the fuck out."
