gw630 discovered 3 months ago- Great article! I don't know what I'd do without my laptop or TV... I'll have withdraw for sho!

spiderkitten rated 7 weeks ago- to re read and reread...so addicted to the electronic existence

Charismachine rated 7 weeks ago- The first thing I thought is that this person thinks exactly like I do, but I learned all those things without doing a technological detox. ¯\(ºдಠ)/¯

audioarchivist rated 7 weeks ago- 10 things I learned from Mental Health Detox Week

marqos rated 8 weeks ago- Surprisingly insightful and non-trite observations from someone who seems to spend a lot of time with computers taking a weeklong break from the cyber realm. I don't know why it's surprising that there's insight here, but it just is. Maybe because the writer could have been super-me-focused-narcissistic about the whole thing and wasn't. Click on through if you think there's something to learn from taking a week offline.

StrawBerry-Vine rated 2 months ago- cool article about a person who "detoxed" electonicsfor a week

Simplyhealthy rated 2 months ago- A witty, humorous and insightful experience on Adbuster's Mental Detox Week.

morningside rated 2 months ago- Sometimes nothing beats a phone call

composite0 rated 2 months ago- A great article on technological dependency and a personal battle with AdBuster's "mental detox". It basically involves killing your tv and any screen/monitor related activities for a week. I had to do this once for a media course in college. Pretty painful, but an insightful experience.

Spartz rated 2 months ago- Mental Detox Week. What a great idea!
