This article could possible alarm you a lot, if you didn't give an intelligent thought to all the other 'nasties' of bugs, scorpians, animals etc. that can harm and kill you. Plants even can be highly dangerous if you don't watch out. Beware, if you hear a shriek, DUCK and run !!

It's the Japanese Hornets that freak me out as new, but having pulled bot flies from numerous animals, the thought of having a human botfly is enough to convince me to never, ever travel further south. Ever.

Oh, happy days. Yet another site designed to gross us out. Basically a few colourful facts cribbed from somebody's National Geographic subscription. But it was still enough to give me the willies, if not the screaming ad-dabs, and will cause anyone with an iota of imagination several sleepless nights. Especially the section on Bot flies... Then agin, the use of the word 'Horrifying' in the title was a bit of a give away.
