    Very good points, but at the same time, those looking to network with up-and-comers need to actually make an effort to network and not to initiate an IM with "can I get a digg!!!!!" -- hello, I don't know who the hell you are.

    im really not so obsessed with link hoarding like everyone else i would rather do something creative, but this is a good idea and i think ill go stumble all my inbound links now.
