Interesting reading - lots of good info on the psychology of our own internal marketing machinations - similar to Robert cialdini's "Influence: power of persuasion" which was a great read and finally taught me how to say no to the hare krishna's at the Philly airport (other than the headbutt approach I had been using)

Just gave it a quick glance, but there's a wealth of information here. I'm quite curious about his case studies, and will definitely come back to give it a thorough read.
