FourAteDaze discovered 9 months ago- After doing a Clean Install for Windows XP, I could not get my HP 2100 All-in-One to install correctly. First, my Scanner could not be detected by my pc, due to an outdated driver. All the while, the Printer worked fine. After many unsuccessful attempts to re-install I kept getting an Error 2343, blah blah. I spent no less than 30 hours on the phone with Microsoft XP Technical Support in India. After rummaging thru and tweaking my Registry to no end, the 5th Technician said I needed to do another Windows XP Clean Install due to a corrupted Registry File. I said No Way! and continued to pursue a fix for my PSC myself. I found 2 sites that helped tremendously; "Driver Scan", which aided in updating the driver for the Scanner. Then this Blog site, which aided me in a successful re-install of the HP 2110 PSC install disk. In 3 minutes, Just like it says. Wow Hope this helps someone.
