More news stories written to discourage voting.

From the page: "Disquieting news from the Open Voting Foundation, which posted word yesterday of a serious new flaw in Diebold TS model voting machines. Based on OVF testing, it appears that simply flipping one switch on the motherboard would allow the, uh, flipper to choose between EPROM and Flash boot configurations -- even after the machine has been tested for accuracy and correct operation. The OVF has nearly two dozen photos of the board and its switches on their site; so far Diebold has no response on theirs. And your average geek, pretty handy with a screwdriver and not unfamiliar with the switch-configuration process, is left to ask herself: Who on earth at Diebold okayed that sort of "flexibility," and why?"
