Thumbs up only to highlight what we will be losing in the near future. The Hubble program is winding down. Its successor, the James Web Space Telescope is an impressive feat of engineering, but does not capture images in the visible wavelengths (only in infrared).

Savor these images.

So, I have actually done this before. Even though most times the colors are enhanced or filtered, grabbing a palette from an image is a great way to break the design ice.
