- That's sad. I only hope the audience isn't representative, because how can more than 50% of people think the sun goes round the earth? I almost felt sorry for the guy, because although he didn't know the answer, he at least knew enough to feel uncertain about what the audience was telling him. But instead of listening to his instinct, he gave way to sheer weight of numbers. It just shows that stupid people in large enough numbers can persuade other people they are right. :(
