    I could not agree more. I recently switched from a job where I had two screens and a very nice chair to a single screen and a - comparatively - quite horrible chair. I don't really care about the speed of the computer - that's not my problem - but I really do appreciate a good chair. I've had backproblems for years, and I suspect I'm not the only one in this business with that problem.

    The importance of these rights should be on par with the human rights. I demand my second monitor and my programmable keyboard!

    Jeff Atwood lists some basic rights every programmer should have. These are not outragous but sensible rights.
