actionUnit discovered 11 months ago- "At first, it was so white it looked like fairyland...Now it's filled with so many mosquitoes that it's turned a little brown. There are times you can literally hear the screech of millions of mosquitoes caught in those webs."

eta-carinae rated 10 months ago- From the page: "Spider experts say the web may have been constructed by social cobweb spiders, which work together, or could be the result of a mass dispersal in which the arachnids spin webs to spread out from one another."

iMan rated 11 months ago- WILLS POINT, Texas (AP) -- Entomologists are debating the origin and rarity of a sprawling spider web that blankets several trees, shrubs and the ground along a 200-yard stretch of trail in a North Texas park.

NYMom rated 11 months ago- Creepy. Kingdom of the Spiders coming to a town near you.

gvart42 rated 11 months ago- Jesus! I noticed a crazy spider web in my backyard, the next day I hear about this monster spider web in the news. I tell you, spiders are learning how to organize and build even more massive webs. It's fine as long they're wiping out mosquito populations, but how will we stop them if they decide to turn on us?

ezispirit rated 11 months ago- Massive spider web blanketing trees, shrubs over 200 yard radius. Spiders are yet to be identified. Net for so many mosquitoes (Great)
