ElForko rated 22 months ago- BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein has been executed, a witness said.
"Saddam's body is in front me," said an official in the prime minister's office when CNN telephoned. "It's over."
In the background, Shiite chanting could be heard. When asked about the chanting, the official said "These are employees of the prime minister's office and government chanting in celebration."
The witness reported that celebrations broke out after Hussein was dead, and that there was "dancing around the body."
Well, I'm glad that now the Iraqi people can begin to come together in peace and harmony. Let this be the event that will show the world things have changed for the better; that the future will be bright for Ira---oh, fuck it. Nothing's changed, just now there's dozens of minor militia-leading dictators instead of just one. Chaos prevails more than ever, and no one, no matter what their intentions, seems to be able to fix it.
Dancing around the body is going to help the situation a ton, I'm sure. Here's to the future of Iraq, one without Saddam.

- Maybe the next trial will feature George Bush Sr. as the defendant. It would make sense, as he was the one that provided Saddam with the nerve agents used in this attack...and check the history on that yourself if you don't believe me.
