thats ridiculous, what if your poor and dont have anyone to help you? then what? they just don't want to change it because they dont care.

Canada has already altered its paper money so that people with visual impairments can distinguish a $5 from a $20 without having to ask someone nor worry about getting swindled. However, the USA (which has recently minted 50 different designs of collectible quarters and has added a lot of flashy security features to their paper money) refused to add tactile features to their paper money because they thought it might be too expensive! I'm angry about this stupidity, how about you? Let's all make some noise about this and get some changes made!
