Robwagoner rated 2 months ago- I love winter camping. I have been camping each year in December and February for the last 22 years. A buddy of mine from college kind of dared me to go camping in February. Neither of us wanted to back down so we went. We had a great time and have been doing it ever since. Check this site out it has some good information for anyone who wishes to take on the great outdoors in the winter. We gave up the tents long ago. A good sleeping bag and ground cover is all that is really needed.
