- Love this site. There's something so wonderfully geeky about it. I just have this image of a bunch of people in socks and sandals gazing up at the clouds and going "Does that look like a Turdus Merula to you, Tarquin?" The picture below is supposed to look like two cats dancing the salsa. If you squint it does. I only posted it to practice posting pictures.

- I whole-heartedly agree. I always groan when the weather people on TV report 30 degrees and clear skies as if it's a good thing, and apologise when the forecast is for 21, cloudy, chance of rain.
Give me lots of clouds, and I'm happy. Overcast, a little chill, a strong breeze and the taste of rain on my tongue and I'm alive. Bright, featureless skies and heat and I'll hibernate until it's all over.
