Reviews of this website

gotPSP discovered 6 weeks ago- Gateway support - it's worse in text mode! (I didn't think that was possible!)

Rude-E rated 3 weeks ago- Sounds a lot like what I had to go through with my ISP dozens of times concerning my connection.

MydisR rated 4 weeks ago- Lisa-T - (eighth down)
"Lame. No business is possible without THE CLIENT."
Who the hell is she? The quality assurance coordinator?
- Lisa-T - (eighth down)

MarsCol rated 5 weeks ago- Ouch thats rough... like Sprint's customer care service.

- Turing test, Mr-Ed, not Turning. :-) I don't think Jason is a bot, but I do think Gateway employees have a script they have to follow. The first line ("Welcome to Gateway..") and the last one ("It was a pleasure..") are either copy-pasted or automatically generated - which is why they contain none of Jason's characteristic sloppy spelling.

nitwit88 rated 5 weeks ago- Wow.... sad.

TinaUK rated 5 weeks ago- For a start, this has nothing to do with a stupid client, since the techie isn't dealing with a client. Secondly, like some others here, I suspected "Jason" was a bot. That's why he doesn't seem very responsive. Then again, there are spelling mistakes, which seems very human. Perhaps they put those in to make it more realistic?

gocamaro69 rated 6 weeks ago- I think this guy works for Dell as well...
