As the other comments here have pointed out, the HDDVD-digg scenario is old news. Even if it were "new-news", why would people want to read about some idiot getting banned from digg for reposting someone elses article - without realising it was being censored - thinking he was a hero for doing so, and then whining when kevin and his team decide to do another round of bans? Digg isn't a free-speech-outlet, it's a business, owned by kevin/people; and when it gets hit with a legal notice to take down stories regarding a specific subject they have to make a decision. In any case, this is the internet and thankfully people know how to use it to get the word out :]
