States no sources of info whatsoever. Also fails to differentiate between HDL and LDL cholesterol - instead, it just mentions 'cholesterol.'

sad but true, im a vegan saying that this site is terrible. dont know where these "facts" came from, but its bullshit nonetheless. no sources cited, nothing. just a bunch of made-up numbers and ideas to try and coax people into veganism. THIS is the wrong way to be doing this.
