- Isn't this really unhygienic? I don't like the thought of the loo seat coming into contact with the cat's arse and faeces.

- Um, how strange?! I don't think my kitty would appreciate using the human toliet, just as I wouldn't appreciate using the litterbox!

- I don't want to be a party pooper, but if this were to catch on I think there would be serious environmental consequences. Some places such as California are already trying to restrict flushing cat poop because of the toxoplasmosis which they believe is responsible for the death of sea otters. On a side note, I've had one cat for 5 years and have seriously never seen him poop or even cough up a furball. All done in some mysterious outdoor location. If only my other cats could be so kind.

- Training your cat to use the toilet has always been weird to me -- the idea of a 3 AM encounter with kitty on the toilet freaks me out.
