- I don't recommend the bagged omelettes. Even the zipper bag makes do not recommend this. Of course, Maybe some people think plastic break down into their food is a good thing.

jesikah rated 6 weeks ago- Some great camping breakfast recipes. I can't wait to try these out!

galloog1 rated 7 weeks ago- I can vouch for the bagged omelettes. It is very easy. And, in reference to below me, it doesn't taste like crap.

JenDiggityDirt rated 3 months ago- Just because you're camping doesn't mean you have to eat like crap.

- You can avoid Ziploc cancer by using saran wrap instead. It's a little more high maintenance, though. You need to use a big square, put the eggs/milk in it, twist it up, and dip it in the pot. You can get the eggs in the plastic wrap more easily by lining a bowl with it. This is also a great way to cook poached eggs, even when not camping.

- Mmmm delicious. @TrickyDiky: bacon is pretty much a staple for any camping food so I'm not concerned about what it's going to clog. I would say dont do the ziploc bag thing though, while it sounds like an awesome idea and I want to try it out, a quick jump over to the Ziploc site shows they do not recommend any cooking in their bags. I think I'll make the potato cakes for todays breakfast.
