from the site: Learn how to take and edit digital photographs using visual tutorials that emphasize concept over procedure, independent of specific digital camera or lens. Topics range from basic camera tips to advanced techniques.

If you are new, or even an expert, this site as a resource is simply second to none. Having trouble with histograms? White balance doing ya napper in? Click in to the tutorials and after a bit of reading you'll be good to go! Then join the forums for a chat with idiots like me, to real pro photographers who have been on the front line in the trade for years. Also Sean. T. McHughs' low light photography of some of the sites in Cambridge have to be seen to be believed. You can even by prints.

Mathematical Bridge in the fog, Queen's College, Cambridge Twilight fog under Trinity Bridge, Cambridge Foggy path through Jesus Green, Cambridge This site has some wonderful low-light and night photographs of Cambridge, England, taken by Sean McHugh, but that's not all. It also has some really excellent tutorials on taking and editing digital photographs, ranging from camera basics to advanced tips. Many thanks to my friend amy99 (Amy) for this one. P.S. I'll be off-line now for a week or so. Happy stumbling to everyone while I'm away! P.P.S. It only takes about 40 minutes to drive to Cambridge from where I live - some compensation for a climate that produces sleet showers and freezing winds in April!
